Welcome to the Birchwood-Oaks Neighborhood Association!
Located on Madison’s far west side, we service the residents within the boundaries of the Birchwood-Oaks Neighborhood Association (Mineral Point and Valley View Roads; to South Point and Pioneer Roads) in Dane County, WI. The community is a mixture of custom single-family homes, townhomes, and premier apartments. While located just minutes from the numerous recreational, shopping, and eating options of Madison, Verona, and Middleton, the neighborhood offers a quaint suburban charm with multiple parks, ponds, pathways, and open green spaces for all to enjoy.

Established in 2021, the association was created to foster a welcoming sense of community that is inclusive for all residents. Board members meet regularly to plan events, address neighborhood concerns, and create multiple platforms to help neighbors stay connected and in the know.
