The Neighborhoods
Birchwood-Oaks Neighborhood Association is a collection of single-family homes, townhomes, apartments, and businesses located within the boundaries of Mineral Point Road and Valley View Road, and Pioneer Road and South Point Road. With plans to expand in the future, sidewalks throughout the neighborhood will currently lead you to two Madison city parks, Sugar Maple and Thousand Oaks. There you will find basketball courts, gazebos, play structures, and plenty of field space for activities!
